The book has been published in cooperation with the Associated General Contractors of America and has been specifically written for contractors. Throughout the presentation, flowcharts and other features offer working tools for successfully managing green construction projects. The structure of the book follows the progression of a project, from acquisition through project closeout. It delineates the typical project activities and explains how normal deliverables need to be modified when working on a green project.
