Hemangiomas are frequently occurring benign vascular formations; about 50% of soft tissues tumours of children are such hemangiomas. When treating hemangiomas the following aims are persecuted: to stop hemangiomas’ growth, to liquidate tumour process, to obtain functional and cosmetic good results. The authors elaborated a method to increase cryogenic destruction by a preliminary action of super high frequency waves of electromagnetic field (SHFW EMF) on a local freezing region. The application of new CRYO-SHFW- technologies allows treating children with hemangiomas successfully, they give the possibility to save the life of a child and to give him a beautiful appearance as well as to prevent relapses of the disease and to cure a vascular tumour completely with good cosmetic result.
