Résumé
The object of this work is to examine the fluidity of the natural refrigerant to transport energy efficiently. We are proposing to use a urea-water mixture as a thermal heat storage material. The solid-liquid mixture has greater heat storage capacity and efficiency than liquid secondary refrigerant. However, a problem remains in terms of effective use of energy because the viscosity coefficient of the liquid-solid mixture is greater than that of a liquid. Also, the solid particles dispersed in the liquid-solid mixture have various shapes, and their fluidity is not well understood. Therefore, to examine fluidity due to the dispersed material shape, model specimens were prepared using diskshaped flattened and spherical spheres. And the apparent viscosity coefficient and elastic modules were measured with a tube flow oscillating viscometer. The results obtained were discussed in the light of Einstein’s equation and Jeffery’s equation. This research investigates the effect of dispersed particle shape, fraction of solid phase, and shear rate on the apparent viscosity coefficient, in order to examine the fluidity of liquid-solid mixtures such as thermal heat storage materials.
