Résumé

The paper deals with methods of cooling and conservation of organs for transplantation. In the first part (“TCHK” nr 3/2012, p. 126) the influence of ischemia on the organs' preservation time has been discussed. Such cooling processes have been described as hypothermia, pulse perfusion, perfusion “ex vivo” and vitrification. In the second part chosen transport containers for medical preparations, equipped with individual cooling system, are characterized. A project of such container with temperature regulation range +/- 0.1 K is presented and compared with commercial designs.
