Résumé

The article introduces the reader to the latest news in the field of fire safety requirements of buildings, which are applied to HVAC systems and smoke and heat extraction systems, eventua/ly including also the requirements that have both direct and indirect impact on their correct designing. Particularly important is the notification about completely new normative requirements concerning the functional interconnection of the main active fire safety (and other) devices that are activated (or otherwise contro/led) in the event of a fire in the building.
