Résumé

This technical note has been undertaken with part funding from the European Commission under the ENERGIE Program and has been prepared in partnership with BSRIA (GB) and ISSO (NL). The intention is to raise awareness of floor heating cooling systems and chilled ceiling arrangements using low-temperature heating and high-temperature cooling. It provides further technical information concerning design together with a descriptive case study (see also this Bulletin, reference 2002-2743).
