Résumé

The solar semiconductor automotive air conditioning is safe, reliable, noiseless, nonpolluting. It can reduce the impact of vehicle dynamic performance during the used of traditional automotive air conditioning. It also meets the challenge of automotive air conditioning to green, energy-saving and environmental protection now. Based on analyzed solar semiconductor automotive air conditioning patents in China, this article summarizes many features on working principle, solar energy battery material, cold and heat transfer, system structure of semiconductor refrigeration. It points out the primary problems existing in solar semiconductor automotive air conditioning and the corresponding suggestions. The solar semiconductor automotive air conditioning will have an even broad prospect for development.
