Résumé

The national standards in application of Italian Law 10/91 are clearly insufficient with regards to the procedures to calculate seasonal performances of air source electric heat pumps. A proposal is therefore presented in the article to fill this gap acting in accordance with utilization factor method foreseen in the standard Uni 10344. The possibility and limits of this proposal are investigated by comparison with the results of dynamic simulation of building-plant systems by DoE and Blast programs.
