Résumé

The NVvK (Dutch Association of Refrigeration) and TNO have developed a decisionmakers' tool to implement a framework of measures to reduce the emissions of CFCs, HCFCs and HFCs. The decisionmakers' tool has been extended to include the items energy consumption and costs. In this way it is possible to determine the TEWI and the cost effectiveness.
