Résumé

The paper deals with the elaboration of the concept of quantity comparison of installations, systems and complexes with different purposes and dimensions. It is suggested to appreciate quality, costs and efficiency using specially formed coefficients. The paper shows the principles of formation of 13 group coefficients (capital and exploitation outlays, fire and explosion safety, toxicity, environmental safety etc.). The paper proposes the program to resolve problems of refrigerating industry in the framework of Montreal and Kyoto Protocols.
