Résumé

The air-conditioning equipment of the Budapest Gas Company applies the advantages of efficient absorption cooling technology with gas motor drives and boilers for heating. In off-season times, it makes surplus gas consumption possible. The most important building engineering design and energy management approach of the unit are discussed.
