Résumé

This CD contains 38 papers presented at this workshop, held in Arnhem, the Netherlands. The emphasis of the workshop was on utilities' experiences and attitudes towards heat pump systems. The title of the workshop indicates that heat pumps are now widely accepted as a mature and energy efficient solution for heating and cooling of buildings. The main aim of the workshop was to contribute to stimulating the qualitative and cost-effective application of heat pump technology in residences and commercial/institutional buildings by exchanging practical knowledge and know-how regarding design, realisation, operation, monitoring and marketing.
