Résumé

The author introduced Coabsorbent Technology by middle of this century first decade. In this paper further research thereof is presented, focused on coabsorbent cooling and heating cogeneration truncated cycles (CCHCTC). New cycles are represented in log p-1/T diagram and described in general context of coabsorbent technology truncation technique. CCHCTC enjoy same known remarkable intrinsic operation features which truncated cycles benefit of, but bring additional advantage of cogeneration, too. Both known ammonia-water and water-lithium bromide working combinations ensure CCHCTC operation. Here, applications of CCHCTC with ammonia-water are studied, only. Paper gives CCHCTC thermal model provided with a simple truncation column. Model is run for household, district and industrial cooling & heating temperatures of 𝑇𝐷𝐼 𝜖[−35, +5]℃
& 𝑇𝑅𝐼 ∈ [46, 142]℃. Sink & heat temperatures are 𝑇𝑀𝑐 ∈ [9, 18, 27]℃ & 𝑇𝑀ℎ ∈ [35, 100]℃. CCHCTC heating & cooling effectiveness is 𝐶𝑂𝑃ℎ = 0,15 − 0,31 & 𝐶𝑂𝑃𝑐 = 0,10 − 0,18. Results show CCHCTC is best run by free heat sources, e.g. that of a steam power station condensing heat.
