Résumé

Results of a series of tests carried out in order to find the optimum hydrocarbon mixture. This test concerned fixed temperature refrigerators, refrigerator-freezers, freezers (including no-frost freezers). The tests were carried out with R600a and R290, pure or in various mixtures. Obviously, compressors with relevant characteristics, particularly appropriate cylinder size, were used. Refrigerator-freezers require pure R600a, as mixtures may raise operation problems.
