Résumé

A reduction of the indirect effect by energy saving is the most effective measure in reducing the global warming impact of refrigerating and air-conditioning systems. In order to realize energy savings, not only do manufacturers need to achieve advanced improvement in energy efficiency, but also consumer choice of systems and operating behaviour are concluded to be important.
