Résumé

The paper comprises 3 parts. The first covers the numerical modelling of the water covered panel, the second describes the effects of some parameters (ambient temperature, solar radiation level, relative humidity, wind velocity and sprayed water temperature) and the last is a three-month simulation in Tokyo. The conclusions are as follows: 1) for a normal panel, increasing radiation leads to decreasing efficiency. On the contrary, for the water covered panel, it leads to increasing efficiency; 2) even if there is little wind, the water covered panel keeps relatively high efficiency; 3) the ambient temperature affects both the normal panel and the water covered panel similarly; 4) the three-month simulation shows that the sprayed water raises the mean efficiency by 5 to 8%.
