This part of ISO 14644 (see also this Bulletin, reference 2001-1688) covers the classification of air cleanliness in clean rooms and associated controlled environments exclusively in terms of concentration of airborne particles. It also prescribes the standard method of testing as well as the procedure for determining the concentration of airborne particles.
