Résumé

In refrigerant compressors, oil having good miscibility with refrigerant is generally used. Because of its well miscible nature, refrigerant dissolves into the oil and its solubility changes according to pressure and temperature. When the refrigeration oil stored in a high pressure shell is supplied to sliding portions, pressure of the oil decreases and the dissolved refrigerant in the oil separates from the oil. In this study, transient change of the refrigerant concentration in oil/refrigerant mixture was measured during the depressurization in a vessel and through a valve. It was observed that the separation phenomenon is accompanied by super-saturated condition and oil viscosity becomes smaller than that under the saturated equilibrium condition. Degree of super-saturation during the depressurization by flowing through the valve is found to be small due to turbulent at the exit of valve.
