Résumé

This paper proposes an innovative absorption food chilling system powered by solar energy. By selecting monomethylamine-water as the working fluid, this system can achieve low evaporator temperatures (such as -12°C or even less) and high effective transformation and storage of solar energy. First, the operating principle is described and the thermodynamic models of the main energy storage components are developed. Then based on the meteorological data of a typical day in the subtropical area, dynamic simulation is performed. For a chilling space of 400l, it is found that the COP of the absorption chilling subsystem and the entire system can achieve 0.669 and 0.419, respectively, the energy storage density of the system can achieve 47.57 MJ/m3, which is greater than that of the hot water storage system under the same conditions. Finally, the impacts of some critical parameters on the system performance are analysed.
