Stabilité des zéolites dans les processus de sorption à cycle ouvert.

Stability of zeolites in open cycle sorption processes.

Auteurs : HAUER A., ENGELHARDT M.

Résumé

Open sorption systems can be applied as adsorption heat pumps. These systems have to operate at a constant performance over a large number of desorption/adsorption cycles. The performance depends on its maximal equilibrium water capacity and on the maximal achievable temperature lift. Solid adsorbents can be influenced by the inlet air conditions, hydrothermally and chemically. Hydrothermal stability was tested over 400 cycles, waste gas stability over 1000 cycles. Only zeolites were investigated. Some samples showed sufficient stability in both categories by loosing 10-15% of their initial water capacity, while others loose more than 50%.
