Résumé
The marine reefer container is known as the floating refrigerator in the cold chair. With great change of sea conditions, a lot of faults will happen to the container during the transportation, and the existing practices are checking and repairing it at the scene by the crew. With large number of reefer containers, limited number of technicians, and especially the difficulty of diagnosis and maintenance due to their higher technical skills, determine and diagnose only at the scene by the crew will result in low efficiency and poor performance. So the automatic fault detection and diagnosis system of marine reefer containers has great significance to enhance its safety, reliability and reduce economic loss. In the paper, three different kinds of data collection method between the controller and the monitoring computer is introduced, and a data wireless transmission and status monitoring system of marine reefer containers based on the serial communication interface is designed. Combining with the computer, network communication and fault diagnosis technologies, the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system of marine reefer containers based on satellite communication is put forward. With further improvement of the system and its application to the ocean going ships, it will undoubtedly have great practical significance to the safety operation and economic efficiency of marine reefer containers.
