Résumé
Low-heating-energy buildings are characterized by small transmission losses compared to the ventilation losses. In such buildings the losses can be reduced significantly by using a controlled ventilation system combined with a heat recovery system and a heat pump. The heat pump unit investigated in the paper is a CO2 heat pump. The system can cover the heat demand during the whole heating period. Preheating the fresh air in a ground collector reduces the condenser capacity and increases the efficiency of the heat pump.
