Résumé

Generally the temperature and the humidity control of vaporization-type humidification were on-off control. Therefore, in general air-conditioning systems, it was thought that precision temperature and humidity control were impossible. In this report, the author discusses a method to apply proportional control to vaporization-type humidification. Furthermore, he applies it to constant temperature and humidity room such as that used in a semiconductor factory and shows that the system also enabled big energy savings to be achieved.
