Tendances dans les frigorigènes de remplacement pour conditionneurs d'air au Japon.

Trend of alternative refrigerant for air conditioners in Japan.

Auteurs : TANIMURA Y.

Résumé

In Japan, HFC-134a, which is unlikely to cause damage to the ozone layer, has already been employed as a refrigerant for dehumidifiers and large-sized chilling units, both of which are already in mass production. Moreover, at present, the authors have been actively developing an alternative refrigerant for small-sized and medium-sized air conditioners such as room and packaged air conditioners. In the report, the author gives an outline of what Japan has done and how far it has progressed in technical developments for the practical use of an alternative refrigerant for small- and medium-sized air conditioners.
