DISCUSSION SUR QUATRE CATEGORIES DE THERMOMETRES A REPONSE RAPIDE : THERMOMETRES A SILICIUM-SUR-SAPHIR, DIODES MINIATURES, THERMOCOUPLES EN PLAQUES, THERMOMETRES A RESISTANCE A FIL FIN. L'ORDRE DE GRANDEUR DES TEMPS DE REPONSE EST DE 300 NSEC A 10 MSEC, SUIVANT LA TEMPERATURE ET LE THERMOMETRE UTILISE. CERTAINS DE CES THERMOMETRES PEUVENT ETRE ACHETES DANS LE COMMERCE, MAIS IL EST SOUVENT NECESSAIRE DE FABRIQUER SON PROPRE APPAREIL. J.V.
