Résumé

The indoor temperature and humidity could be adjusted and controlled independently in the temperature humidity independent control air conditioning system. However, some new problems come out along with the application of the new air-conditioning system. Firstly, the condensation on the chilled radiant panel will deteriorate the indoor air quality; secondly, the chilled panel system does not respond quickly to internal load changes due to thermal storage effect of the concrete mass, which will result in the cooling slowly; thirdly, the lack of small room air conditioning cool/heat source limits the spread of the temperature humidity independently control air-conditioning to the residential building. In this study, the residential temperature humidity independent control air-conditioning system was realized, and aiming at the problems of this air-conditioning system, the corresponding control strategy of double terminal components and bi-evaporator air-conditioner was proposed. And then, in order to analyze its applicability during cooling season, the field test was made in a villa in Shanghai in summer of 2010.
