Une étude expérimentale sur un système de chauffe-eau à pompe à chaleur.

An experimental study on a heat pump water heater system.

Résumé

Nowadays, the heat pump water heater is becoming a very hot topic in the hot water industry. However, it has many problems because of higher condensing temperature and large-scale operation conditions. Considering these problems, this paper presents two prototypes: one is a common model which adopts a reciprocating compressor to ensure reliability, the other is assembled using a rotary compressor with refrigerant ejection port which can be used in cold regions. The working principle and the basic feature of the two models are introduced in this paper. The operation performance was tested under different ambient temperatures from -7 to 43°C, and frost melting is also discussed about. Comparatively, the two models can provide much better energy performance than the common water heater, and more safety. It is also indicated that the heat pump water heaters could be more reliability under large-scale operation conditions with higher efficiency.
