Résumé

More and more countries want to phase down the production and consumption of hydro fluorocarbons within the framework of the United Nations conferences on Climate Change on one hand and on the stratospheric ozone layer on the other hand. The European Union is attempting to implement its own phase-down schedule and some countries already implemented taxes and bans. The challenge of promoting low Global Warming Potential refrigerants with good energy efficiency and under safe conditions is ahead of us.
