Résumé

This research reports a high thermal conductivity and low regeneration temperature composite adsorbent by combining adsorption polymer, Poly methacrylic acid (PMAA), with high thermally-conductive carbon-based materials, graphene scroll. Because of the high thermally-conductive property, the regenerated heat can be used efficiently. Sodium hydroxide was used to adjust the pH value of the composite to enhance the polymer extent degree that increased the adsorption performance. Sodium alginate was used to solve the adsorption capacity decayed problem of composite material. When the regeneration temperature was as low as 60oC, the adsorption capacity reached 40%wt at 25oC and 80% relative humidity condition. The heat transfer coefficient of the composite material was 1.43 W/mK. The results provided the opportunity for future development of adsorption chillers.
