Analyse d'un cycle au CO2 transcritique à éjecteur diphasique grâce à la méthode des courbes de performance.

Analysis of transcritical CO2 cycle with two-phase ejector by means of a performance curves approach.

Résumé

One of the most important efficiency losses in the refrigeration system, especially in transcritical CO2 cycles, is caused by the throttling process. The most promising solution to this problem is the application of a two-phase ejector to recovery expansion work. The idea is based on a vapour compression refrigeration device equipped with an ejector, which operates as a booster compressor, and a liquid separator. There is lack of models of two-phase ejectors operating with compression refrigeration cycles and there is a clear need for a rational analysis method which allows to predict the operating conditions of the ejector in the refrigeration system. The method presented in the paper enables to calculate operating points of the ejector-compression refrigeration system. The presented results (characteristic curves and values of COP improvement) were achieved by using of non-isentropic ejector model for a transcritical CO2, refrigeration cycle.
