Résumé

A mathematical model of thermal processes, which describes different boiling regimes of cooling of the active elements of induction-dynamic devices (IDD) by liquid nitrogen, is developed. On the experimental vertically pitching copper armature IDD setup is found that presence of the ferromagnetic core increases the toss height by 2.1 times at room temperature, and under cooling with liquid nitrogen due to these elements - increases only by 1.3 times. Due to the cryogenic cooling height tossing an armature increases to 10.7 times in the absence of the core, and to 6.8 times in the presence of the core. With the simultaneous use the ferromagnetic core and cryogenic cooling toss height increases of 14.5 times. The results of experimental investigations up to 10 % are consistent with the calculated results. On the basis conducted researches proposed design scheme of IDD, intended for the shock treatment of technological equipment from viscous waste products.
