Bâtiments à énergie quasi zéro, zéro net et énergie plus : comment les définitions et les règlements affectent les solutions.

Nearly-Zero, Net Zero and Plus Energy buildings: how definitions & regulations affect solutions.

Numéro : pap. 861

Auteurs : VOSS K., SARTORI I., LOLLINI R.

Résumé

The topic of Zero Energy Buildings (ZEBs) has received increasing attention in recent years, up to inclusion in strategic energy policy papers in the EU and several countries. However, despite the emphasis placed on the goals, the various ZEB definitions applied mostly remain generic and are not yet standardised. The process is still on-going. Being part of an International Energy Agency (IEA) research forum on ZEBs, the authors of the paper discuss the most relevant aspects of definitions, the consequences on the balance results and suitable building energy concepts. Load match and grid interaction aspects are discussed as part of the definitions with respect to the needs of future green and smart grids. Free tools for testing of the various balance approaches and definitions are introduced as well as a consistent monitoring protocol.
