Conception d'un banc d'essai pour les cryorefroidisseurs à cycle turbo-Brayton.

Design of turbo-Brayton cycle cryocooler test rig.

Auteurs : ZHAO H. L., HOU Y., CHEN R. G., et al.

Résumé

A small turbo-Brayton cycle cryocooler test rig has been set up which use air as the refrigerant with a flow rate of 80 Nm3/h in an opening system. The compressor units are composed of an oil injected screw compressor and separators. High vacuum insulation is adopted to avoid the heat transfer of cold box with environment. Cold box is comprised of a heat exchanger, a turbo-expander and an electrical heater. As the key part component of the turbo Brayton cycle cryocooler, the high speed turbo-expander is equipped with self-acting gas bearing. On the other hand, to ensure high efficiency, low pressure loss and reduced size under cryogenic working condition, the cryogenic compact exchanger has been developed. Focusing on the performance of the cryocooler, tests have been done under different working conditions in different temperature regions from atmosphere temperature to 130 K.
