Cycle à pompe à chaleur aérothermique à absorption fonctionnant au gaz, à pleine puissance de chauffage à des températures d'air extérieur basses et des températures d'eau fournie élevées.

Air source gas absorption heat pump cycle with full heating output at low outdoor ambient and high supply temperatures.

Auteurs : GUERRA M.

Résumé

The typical retrofit building requirements are maximum heating capacity and increasing supply temperatures with decreasing outdoor temperature, while heat pumps behave exactly the opposite, providing decreasing heating capacities and decreasing supply temperatures with decreasing outdoor temperature. In addition, heat pumps maximum operating temperature at low outdoor ambient is not always enough for the winter minimum design temperature. To overcome these limitations, a new air source modulating gas absorption heat pump cycle design has been developed having the ability to boost the heat pump to a full nominal heating capacity at -30°C outdoor ambient while providing 70°C leaving water. The capacity "booster" design has been simulated on a modulating gas fired absorption heat pump for different outdoor ambient, input load and delivery water temperatures.
