Résumé

Mobile refrigeration equipments, especially the vehicle refrigerator are the new generation of refrigerating appliances. Traditional household refrigeration equipments are powered by AC, while the vehicle refrigerator is powered by DC, and its refrigerating capacity and efficiency are relatively low. It is very necessary to develop the refrigeration appliances powered by DC/AC. It can provide enough capacity by AC at normal time, and maintain relative stability and low temperature in the on-board condition for a period of time, thus meet some special requirements such as blood transportation. Based on the patent DC compressor, the AC/DC-drive wireless remote vehicle refrigerator was developed. The wireless control technology was used to greatly strengthen the control performance and easily monitor the inside temperatures and other parameters. The experiment shows that the refrigerator can maintain stable performance and homogeneous temperature distribution under the conditions of rapidly changing ambient temperatures. The experiment researches on the vehicle refrigerator performance, such as frozen food storage temperatures, frozen load temperature rising time, freezing capacity and energy consumption, indicate that the design requirements were satisfied with the refrigerator characters. In all, this refrigerator is especially suitable for transportation, health services, field work etc.
