Réduction du bruit de coup de liquide du compresseur dans les systèmes de conditionnement d'air automobile.

Vehicle air-conditioning system compressor slugging noise reduction.

Auteurs : ZHENG Y., YARRISH J.

Résumé

Understanding the compressor slugging characteristics of a vehicle A/C system is an important factor in the vehicle refrigerant system design. Compressor slugging is a common and very complex occurrence in automotive air-conditioning systems. In the study, theoretical analyses and experiments were conducted on a dual evaporator vehicle A/C system with a piston compressor. The study was focused more on the system, rather than on the compressor design. It was found that both the refrigerant and the oil charge play a significant role in generating compressor-slugging noise. The experiments on test stands and on vehicles indicated that the temperature differential magnitude between the compressor and other components determine slugging severity. This paper also identifies some critical design considerations such as compressor mounting location, accumulator design, R/D location and suction/discharge line slope etc.
