Différence entre les compositions de la charge initiale et du liquide en circulation en mélanges zéotropiques, dans une installation frigorifique.

Difference between the charged composition and the circulating composition of zeotropic blends in a refrigeration installation.

Résumé

Among HFC candidates to the replacement of the R22, those whose evaporating curve is closer to that of R22 are zeotropic blends. In a zeotropic blend in thermodynamic equilibrium, compositions of liquid and vapour phases are different. This phenomenon, associated with the gas-liquid slip ratio in heat exchangers leads to a difference between the composition of the charged fluid and the composition of the circulating fluid. The article presents the details of a static model of a vapour compression refrigeration system that calculates this change of circulating composition. The system is composed of a compressor, an evaporator, a condenser and high and low pressure liquid accumulators. The model is based on the equation of mass conservation in system. It takes into account the effect of the fractionation and the gas-liquid slip ratio between phases in heat exchangers.
