Résumé

The challenge was to build a new energy and utilities centre in two phases - the first including a new energy centre with fired boilers, and phase two being the installation of the CHP plant. The process was driven by the client's objectives, assessment of technical options, selection of optimal scheme, and the successful implementation of the project. The scheme incorporates both CHP plant and utilities services, bringing significant financial and environmental benefits to the client.
