Résumé

National Power Cogen is one of the leading developers of CHP in the UK and has adopted a unique "Partnership Energy Management" philosophy with its industrial partners. Aylesford Newsprint, in Kent, is typical of the way that the conventional "Contract Energy Management" approach has been modified into a more interactive and ooperative arrangement for the day to day management of the 60 MW cogeneration plant installed by National Power Cogen.
