Étude expérimentale de défaillances types et analyse des performances opérationnelles d’un système de pompe à chaleur au dioxyde de carbone.
Experimental study on typical faults and operational performance analysis of carbon dioxide heat pump system.
Résumé
With the increasingly severe energy and environmental problems, the carbon dioxide (CO2) heat pump system has attracted a lot of attention due to its remarkable advantages over traditional heat pump, including high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. However, the system may experience various faults during the actual operation, which will reduce the performance and even affect the normal operation of the system. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to conduct fault experimental research on CO2 heat pump systems. In this study, four typical faults were introduced into the CO2 heat pump system and experimentally analyzed, including the water flow reduction fault, evaporator fouling fault, EEV stuck fault and fan fault. The relevant parameters during the experiments were captured, then the trends of several important characteristic parameters under single fault were summarized and the quantitative impacts of different faults on three crucial performance parameters were analyzed, including the heating capacity, system power, and COP. Meanwhile, a multivariable fault identification strategy for different faults was also proposed. Among the fault experiments conducted in this study, the heating capacity, the total power and the COP of the system decreased by 59.30 %, 43.54 % and 27.35 % at most, respectively. It shows that the occurrence of faults has a great impact on the system. These research results are helpful for the early fault identification of CO2 heat pump system, as well as provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the fault diagnosis and system maintenance of the CO2 heat pump system.
