Résumé
The performance of refrigeration cycle was investigated by the Taguchi method in this study. By selecting a compression refrigeration system, R290, a natural refrigerant with non-ozone depletion and low global warming potential, was used as working substance. A L9(34) model was used to construct the orthogonal table of Taguchi method. In this model, four factors, including temperature of evaporator, temperature of condenser, degree of superheating, and degree of subcooling, were considered as three levels in the theoretical analysis. When performing the numerical calculation, the range of isentropic efficiency of compressor from 70% to 100% was under consideration. Finally, two predicted models of COP are proposed for the R290 refrigeration system. According to the numerical results, the significant factors are found as temperature of evaporator and temperature of condenser. Moreover, the optimal performance of refrigeration cycle can be achieved from the best parameter group of factor response.
