Résumé

Experimental evaluation of refrigeration system operation in chinese cabbage cold stores In the paper the authors presented results of the experiments with storing chine cabbage in three storage-chambers at the Skierniewice Research Institute of Horticulture. Each of the chambers was equipped with unique, not standard refrigeration system. All of them achieved desired results. Technological and operational advantages of the proposed solutions can be applied for various vegetables and different storage- periods. Because of the innovative nature of these solutions, the authors suggest further development of the proposed technical solutions. Also-the authors suggest further research of storage-technologies.
