Intensification des procédés des échangeurs d'énergie : refroidissement et chauffage des liquides par bouillonnement des gaz.

Intensification of processes in energy exchangers for cooling or heating of liquids by means of gas bubbling.

Résumé

In traditional heat exchangers, cold energy and heat energy are transferred to users through an impermeable metal wall. Such a low-effect method of energy transfer in combination with the bulk and the high metal-intensity of these heat exchangers results in large energy expenditures for their manufacturing and exploitation, and for heat and cold production. It results in additional fuel burning up. In many processes and technologies, such heat exchangers can be replaced by ones using bubbling of gaseous energy carriers through the cooled or heated users as liquids or gases. The intensity of heat and mass transfer increases by a factor of 20-500 in comparison with traditional heat exchangers. Such energy exchangers result in enormous saving of fuel, energy carriers, metals, financial and human-effort expenditure in different branches of the machine-manufacturing and petrochemical industries, as well as in processing products and of storage.
