Résumé

The Harumi Island Triton Square is a large-scale redevelopment area, in which the authors constructed buildings and a DHC plant. The DHC plant was aimed to minimally affect the environment and have maximum economic efficiency. In the design process, the authors adjusted the rational arrangement of DHC plant and adopted thermal storage tanks of domestic maximum capacity at the bottom of a super high rise office building. Furthermore, they adopted a large difference in temperature for the supply of hot and cold water, highly efficient refrigerators, and realized the low-cost heat charges. In the construction and operation process, they performed detailed commissioning. The results showed that a high primary energy COP was achieved and CO2 emissions were greatly reduced.
