Résumé

General questions related to expected global warming during the 21st century have been considered and data on the average global increase in temperature of the Earth's surface over the period 2000-2100 are reported. The contribution of CFCs and HCFCs to global warming has been analysed and it was shown that the proportion of ozone friendly HFCs which will be used in the refrigerating industry in the coming century is rather small.
