Résumé

This handbook includes the texts of the Ozone Treaties and their Amendments, as well as all decisions taken by the Parties during the meetings of the Conference of the Parties to the Vienna Convention and to the Montreal Protocol up to the end of 2002. The handbook is divided into five main sections: the Vienna Convention; the Montreal Protocol; rules of procedure; the evolution of the Montreal Protocol; sources of further information.
