Résumé

In this study, the authors investigated the adhesion of ice to solid surfaces. Ice adhesion to solid surfaces has various effects on our lives. A bad example is that freezing road surfaces can cause accidents. However, there are also good examples. There is a technology called "freezing chuck" that can be used to fix workpieces that cannot be fixed with adhesives or magnetism by freezing the liquid. If it becomes possible to control the adhesion to solid surfaces to the required strength, life will become more affluent. In this study, a mixture of cationic surfactant added to pure water was used.After the mixture was frozen on a test plate, its adhesion was measured and examined. The surfactant used in this study is a cationic surfactant, so its hydrophilic group is positively charged in the solution.
