Résumé

One of the greatest questions and task of the authorities, trade associations, chambers, operators, service companies and all the stakeholders of the RAC and MAC sector nowadays in every Member State, how to understand, how to clear, how to implement the Fgas (and ODS) regulations in the refrigeration sector as easy (but properly) as possible. And some of the major deadlines are already over, but not for everybody. Hungary has chosen a way-based on the MSs' and own experiences, collected and evaluated by all the methods of benchmarking, EU supported projects, the AREA and other European Associations - which, at the very first moment should be a little bit strange, but after a while can be realised as a "closed-circuit-technology" which is able to monitor, to control and certificate all the parties.
