Résumé
The paper deals with a new approach to modelling the heat transfer phenomena by means of differential equations with delays. The infinite order dynamics of thermal processes by suitable combinations of capacitance and delay elements is presented. An identification of transfer function of heat exchangers is presented. In the mathematical treatment of heat transfer systems, it is usually quite advantageous to deal in the frequency domain rather than the time. In such cases, the response of the system to sinusoidal inputs over a band of frequencies must be known. Identification is based on the least square method, which is based on minimization of the weighted sum of the squares of the errors between the absolute magnitudes of the frequency characteristic real object and the frequency characteristic of time-delay model of the heat transfer system, which is proposed in the paper.
