Résumé

The ratio allowing to estimate reliability parameters in the process of construction of a two-stage thermoelectric significant cooling devices operating in current mode, providing simulatneously the highest values of refrigerating capacity, coefficient of performance and voltage over a wide range of temperature fluctuations, taking into account the thermal load were obtained.
